Dear viessmann I m currently already 3 weeks without hot water or heating in my appartement 3 different plumbers tried replacing various parts but the boiler always broke down again As adviced by one of the plumbers I called viessmann for technical expertise exactly one week ago After 1 5 hours in a waiting queue I got through only to hear that if I don t have a maintenance contract directly with them I should contact them via a plumber No problem for me if that s company policy So next step was that I had a plumber contact viessmann Their answer to the plumber was that they would call me for a visit of one of their technicians That was 7 days ago I did not receive any call yet Another plumber I contacted then ordered a replacement relay from viessmann after his inspection of our boiler but he received the wrong one He told viessmann it s the wrong one but they continue arguing it s the right one and if it isn t we should just replace the whole system for 3 500 euro Our boiler is only 7 years old We will now replace the whole system but definitely not with a viessmann since I don t want to risk anymore having to go through so much trouble and costs to fulfill basic needs as hot water and heating in a cold winter month Having had contact with so many different plumbers has taught me that a viessmann boiler normally is good quality but more complex to repair when they break down than one from another brand And with such unreliable customer service impossible to fix rapidly when in need If you re having doubt about your next boiler hope you make the right choice and go for another brand

No care for the client whatsoever
This is the worst experience I have ever had I am waiting since over three weeks to have my heating system fixed With neither hot water nor heating I have been on the phone with my expert and Viessmann every day Every week they keep informing me they will solve the problem by the end of the week Come Friday everything gets pushed to next week and the circus restarts With a three-months old baby and being in February we start trying to understand if there is another way to fix the situation We meet with enormous resistance and rudeness from the teams at Viessmann both Belgian and German branches After 3 weeks of waiting we - by ourselves and talking to other experts - figure out they have ordered a piece that does not exist anymore and neither Viessmann nor our experts figured this out Had it been for the brilliant ironic efforts of Viessmann we would wait another three weeks before they figure out our problem Main takeaway DO NOT BUY VIESSMANN the systems break and their terrible service will leave you without heat and hot water when you need it the most

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY I VE EVER HAD I live in Belgium Our boiler 18 months old is broken since Monday morning We immediately called to deal with this problem but every time we ve been hearing The technician will call you back but they can t say when Today we are friday and again they don t know when the technician will be available I will NEVER buy a product from this company again As a building manager you can count on me to pass on this information to all owners

Bought a Viessmann solar boiler After 1 5yrs it started leaking The installation company didn t know what to do and stopped answering their phone Called Viessmann they didn t know what to do meanwhile 20 weeks later I still have a leakI called - lousy response - contact another installation company - they are obviously not interested in this small work I logged the issue via their facebook but they rather post pictures of snow than answering

I was trying to make an appointment neither the radiators nor hot water is working and there is a baby at home with Viessmann due to having error code F4 however the earliest date possible was in 3 months It is unnecessarily long definitely not going to replace my new gas boiler with Viessmann Poor after sales service not recommended
