I bought ticket from kuala lumpur to ho Chi Minh through budget air the flight canceled due to covid 19 they keep sending same email Vietnam airlines still have not approved refund The last email they sent I have to reschedule for travelling before dec 2021 It does not make sense ask customer to travel while the government still banned foreigner to visit Both budget air and Vietnam airlines always have their reason to cheat customer money

Worst Customer Service Experience 1 My flight from Osaka to Melbourne on March 30th was CANCELLED within 3 days of booking and THEY DID NOT INFORM ME 2 I repeatedly called no answer I e-mailed MULTIPLE TIMES also no answer When eventually they answered every reply was so GENERIC and useless 3 Submitted 5 refund forms since early February and NONE has gotten back to me I honestly will never ever book with this airline again I contacted the customer service line and the lady who answered sounded so angry Not hospitable Shame

The quality is too bad

Delay delay and cancel but no support to customers Delay 2-3 days never seen before The local office did not handle anything when you buy ticket online International transit only in 1 hour but they took no action at all for support customers Very bad

I think the recent months have shown how state run socialist government treat customers Used to use Vietnam Airlines many times each year Pretty average airline no real complaints nothing special Due to COVID-19 my return flight was cancelled with no other routing Tried to contact them to arrange a return flight at a later date via email and telephone - NO RESPONSE Just auto-responders pointing me to their website that says my booking doesn t exist I shall avoid this monkey operated airline forever Let s hope my credit card company can be more helpful Hope you go broke soon Vietnam Airlines or perhaps your commie owners will get busted

Aweful customer service cant provide simple answers to a question just want to charge you money No way off escalting or raising complaints Stole my money and no response AVOID AT ALL COST Use Vietjet instead

I want to book for pet reservation from Paris to HCM city Even though I booked the whole ticket on their direct website they denied this is their responsibility Their customer service is awful or in more honest word horrendous When I tried to reach them they kept sending one message repeatedly Still no pet reservation was made This is the last time I travelled with this horrible airline

Booked a business class with Vietnam Airlines However due to visa issue I have to change flight dates I had submitted multiple requests online via the airline website but no one reply I eventually filed for a refund but no one reply either
