Too expensive for the proposed service

Visa for me took the 3 days as promised but my wife s visa took 15 days after being rejected for no reason The contact number on the website was never answered and no one came back to us even though we submitted multiple requests for information

My credit card payment was not accepted

My credit card payment was not accepted for payment Emailed them with my application nu E250405NZLLT74167530 made an inquiry through the website no reply Bad customer service Had to get an emergency visa and pay a recdiculus amount of money Then again my creditcard was not acepted Lucky the agent i was dealing with sent another type of invoice and my creditcard was accepted Are very bad stressful situation This whole process could have been avoided with better customer service and newer software that accepts all credit cards Never had a problem paying with my credit card anywhere else in veitnam Just the government visa department Appranty this happened to lots of travelers The veitman visa dept needs to get a better system in place if they want tourists to have good experience
