I recently managed to break off the left hand eyepiece mount on my 8 year old Viking binoculars I thought that would be the end of them but my nearby centre replaced all parts including free new rubber eyecaps for a very reasonable price First class service as always

Zeiss Conquest binoculars The first pair of these binoculars I received had a faulty eyepiece I telephoned Viking Optical and they arranged for them to be replaced immediately The turnaround was remarkably quick and efficient and was done so without quibble The binoculars themselves are really very good indeed and worth the money which by the way was less expensive than any other retailer Dealing with Viking Optical was straightforward They were polite friendly efficient and good value

Excellent attention to getting it right

I needed just a replacement cap for my Kowa scope The effort the staff put in to make sure I got the right one was exceptional It s a part that only costs 6 but they treated me as if I was buying the most expensive equipment in the shop Part arrived in 2 days and is perfect

Binocular warranty repair

My binoculars were repaired under warranty no hassle at all I was able to take them to RSPB shop who sent them to Viking for me and I was able to elect that they be returned there for my collection once repaired Viking contacted me with an update once the binoculars had been examined I was able to collect the repaired binoculars when it was convenient Excellent service
