st David s gym Chester even though it s in N Wales I ve been going to this gym many years love it great staff great company and the classes are amazing it s shame we don t get as many things as most gyms in the UK but we make do and staff try their utmost to help If your thinking of joining do it

Solihull Village Gym Instructors - Jake B Thomas C Gareth J Sarah

Having never been a member of a gym before I joined the Solihull Village Gym almost 12 months ago after going through a very difficult few years It was the best thing I did not only physically but more importantly for my mental health The instructors unknowingly help me through the many bad days with their friendliness and banter They re always on hand to advise in the gym especially Jake Bignell who even takes time out from his own workouts to advise me and explain what I m doing wrong when using some of the equipment thank you Jake He also does a great job on his Monday Air class He knows how to get us motivated especially when we re outside freezing and in need of the extra push and encouragement Thomas s Core and Boxxer classes are great His enthusiasm certainly rubs off onto us making the classes such good fun even through the pain Gareth s Boxercise is fab I am pushed to the max in that class More Boxercise classes please Sarah s Abs Blast held on Monday is a tough 30 mins but worth the pain She is great at explaining each move which part of the body it targets and how All of the instructors at the gym are doing a fantastic job Well done Keep doing what you re doing

Great Personal Training Session

I have been a member at Swindon Village Gym for many years now and love the place for the atmosphere cleanliness and super staff team Had my first Personal Training Session this week with new Personal Trainer Zoe who was totally brilliant Zoe arrived with a tablet with a full session planned we took some vital stats to start with which we could use as measurement and milestone targets and then Zoe explained the whole session and why we were doing what we were doing - all made sense It was a tough session but I feel pitched just right as it pushed me way harder than I would alone but not so much that I wouldn t go back Zoe was knowledgeable enthusiastic caring made the workout fun and encouraged me to push on when I was getting fatigued A great experience and I have 9 of my block of 10 sessions booked still to go If you re a member of Swindon and looking for PT I would highly recommend working with Zoe

Absolutely amazing staff Been at this gym on and off for years always been looked after I suffer with anxiety and ptsd and sometimes have to freeze my account They have been so helpful and today sharron from memberships made me feel so comfy talking about my issues and can t wait to return to the gym later Thank you to all the staff

I joined the gym recently It s more expensive than others but you can instantly see why I had a few problems at the beginning and I was going to leave a bad review I messaged a guy called Nathan mosely at customer service and he sorted it out quickly no dramasThe answer from my mail was within an hour and a second problem I asked about later was with an hour So if I was going to leave a bad it s only fair I leave a good oneThanks

You are allways made welcome by the friendly staff who are working hard to keep the facilitys safe and clean Jonny and the team are professional dedicated and ensuring that you have a great time when your using the facilitys from josh on reception To Joe the leasure assistant they make you feel welcome and happy to assist if required Due to covid all the team take there responsibility seriouse and ensure the gym and pool areas Are maintained to the highest Standards and hygiene Josh on reception is a godsend if you need any tech info or assistance with mobile phones etc I have been a member for many years and a lot of the staff have become friends and have time to chat or advise about using the facilitys You will not be disappointed when you visit st davids leasure club and I recommend this well run friendly gym for your health and fittness requirementCall in and find out for yourself Enjoy
