I bought a Viltrox adapter for my Canon
I bought a Viltrox adapter for my Canon R5 to use my EF lens There is a problem with the sensors as it will not auto focus on my R6 or R5 I contacted Viltrox they asked for photos of the adapter which I sent Then they wanted complete details of the problem so I sent a summary of the problem Three days later they want to know where I bought it and they wanted the receipt etc I have never had a an issue with Canon Sigma Godox or even Neewer they were there for questions to solve an issue quickly and easily Stay away from Viltrox There products are inferior and their customer service is terrible I will not buy anymore accessories from Viltrox I rather spend the extra few dollars and buy from companies that have pride in their products
