Spent hundreds of dollars and they never shipped
Order several hundred dollars worth of merchandise and paid for expedited shipping Vincustom never shipped the products even after 2 weeks They didn t respond to questions about the shipping status Finally filed a chargeback with my credit card company and Vincustom contacted me within a day They tried to get me to rescind the dispute and claimed they shipped the item generated a fake status update with USPS and called me to try and get me to agree that the product was arriving I was suspicious that they didn t actually ship anything Lo and behold it s now 3 days past the estimated arrival date and Vincustom isn t responding again Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable company

Bought 2 coats with all the extras
Bought 2 coats with all the extras Received the coats and the iron on were already peeling off The leather is very thin Quality of coats is cheap I contacted them and even sent pictures of the coats I am out almost 300 and can honestly tell you that they are absolutely horrible I would never recommend them The true company is also not located in the United States

I D RATE AS 0 IF I COULD TERRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered a custom USAF hat in Oct 2024 for Veterans Day Nov The hat finally arrived in mid Dec with incorrect rank insignia They agreed to replace rather than refund It arrived in mid Jan 2025 was mashed flat in a box within a plastic bag AND had the same wrong rank insignia as the first That was after they had emailed a pic of the correct one yet still used the wrong one Then came two plus weeks of NO reply other than the auto reply to my service claim saying I would be contacted by a rep 3 days ago I opened another service claim sent copies of the priors and gave them 3 business days to reply or I was going to open a case with PayPal I heard from them today and they asked for a pic of the correct rank insignia In over 4 months of aggravation I received 1 custom hat with incorrect insignia a second one with the same insignia error as the first and mashed flat with permanent creases and twisted brim and now supposedly a correct replacement being ordered I won t know if actually ordered or shipping info if it actually is ordered as they have set up my account to show no order or activity information All it shows is that the order number does not exist They claim 13 day shipping not and I m going to give them 21 and go ahead with a PayPal case if not received I d give the folks a 0 if it was offered I d suggest buying from another seller

Order quality check
Back in Oct 2024 I ordered a USMC hat with various customizations The custom print was correct but the simple Rank to Service is a huge mis-step USMC E7 is not the same as a USAF Master Sgt I was promissed a replacement back in late Dec the day after I reported it I have not seen it yet

the free offer of a hat for Veterans is a scam once they collect all of your information there is a shipping and other fees of about 20 for an ugly hat AND then they will text and email you multiple times daily harrassing you to purchase

Wrong size shirts
I have ordered shirts in the past and was very pleased with them I recently ordered another 5 shirts and was very displeased with the order The shirts were labeled as a 5x but the size fit like a 4x I haven t gained any weight and in fact have lost weight I attempted to contact Vin Customs but the contact number is always busy or the call just ends To make matters worse the call center is on GMT 7 which means you have to call around 4-5 in the morning I ve emailed them and have received no response This issue needs to be corrected or give me a full refund immediately
