I ve rated my experience 5 stars mainly on a personal level because my sale representative not only provided exceptional service but had to overcome the previous sales representatives short fallings Ben Baker at Huntingdon not only saved the sale as I was calling to go else where but has resorted my faith in Vindis so I will continue to purchase all my new cars from there this is my 6th new or used approved vehicle so well done Ben From the moment Ben took control of by buying experiences I remembered so much why I always stick with Vindis The car itself is stunning but combined with the level of effort Ben put into explaining next steps making the handover special and even the after-care VW are yet again the brand I rave out but Huntingdon and Mr Baker are always my recommendation

Hello I recently decided to purchase a used Audi having become a victim of apalling customer service from my current car manufacturer Mazda Initially thisventure was not very successful until by chance i visited Peterborough Audi The Audi sales executive appointed to me Hilal was helpful in every aspect of my purchase procedure his product knowledge was excellent and his attention to detail was first class Any challenges that arose for example being a senior citizen i did not use an i phone were easily overcome by Hilal in short nothing was to much trouble him The Audi model we first viewed proved unsuitable being of a sports design it proved to be tolow down for comfortable access for the older generation Hilal located a very low milage Audi Q3 at Northampton Vindis and went and collected the car without any heasitation that evening he sent me a video of the cars condition and the next day drove the car to my home in Bedford I immediately decided that this car was exactly the model suitable for me and my wife To conclude to recieve this standard of customer service is very rare in the age we live in Hilal fully deserves the Five star rating In my opinion this young man would be a great asset to any company Do not hesitate in visiting Peterborough Audi regards Graham Webb

We are in the market for a new SUV and so contacted Peterborough Audi to arrange a test drive of a Q8 I have to say that the service we received was excellent unlike some very poor experiences we had with a few other main dealers in Peterborough In particular we would like to say just what professional considerate and friendly service we got from sales executive Amy Ostojic She is very knowledgeable but in no way pushy and a pleasure to deal with Based on our experience I would definitely recommend this dealership
