I placed an order for the LED eye wand on January 4th 2024 Initially I received a confirmation email on the day of the order but I haven t received any further updates since then After contacting the support team a week later I was informed that my order had been shipped However the email lacked information about the courier company or an estimated delivery date It has now been three weeks since I made the purchase and despite reaching out to them twice more via email I haven t received any updates on the status of my order There is no contact telephone number making it impossible to communicate directly with them This lack of communication is causing concern and I m unsure about the status of my order and if I will receive it

I ordered the 7 in 1 facial it never worked I thought maybe I had not charged it properly Anyway long story short of it being less than a year being purchased finally got round to contacting the company No response on a faulty product pathetic customer service and goods not fit for purpose This company only offers faulty items avoid whenever possible

Ordered the mask and neck contour

Ordered the mask and neck contour product the beginning of July and to this date still not have received it Numerous e mails Insta messages nothing back from them They don t answer messages and unable to contact by phone Would not trust this company now Very very poor customer service

What went wrong this time

What went wrong this time Good question after 3 weeks of trying to get an answer off them They sent me an apology and an assurance it would be despatched I confirmed my details again and have since messaged again to find out the tracking number and as per normal no one replies There is no contact number As I said previously their customer service is appalling I ve now asked for a refund as 6 weeks is a very long time to wait for this

I want a refund

This company are a bunch of crooks I ordered my product early July It s never arrived I ve been fobbed off and fobbed off for three months now They don t respond to e mails or when they do they basically talk utter crap I ve requested a refund now as I m sick of waiting but they refuse one If anyone has any useful info on how I can sue this company or report them to trading standards from Spain please feel free to contact me

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service Ordered an item Took weeks to arrive It was faulty When I contacted them they said I could return it at my expense to France Or receive 20 refund Why would I want 20 refund on an item that doesn t work I wouldn t recommend this company

LED Mask is THE thing to have I used to go to a clinic to have facial treatments and after discovering Vinhousse it saved me so much time and money and of course my skin is better after using the LED mask Prefer the red light for my case super convenient to not stay put while the mask is working to fix your skin Recommend
