Terrible customer service

I bought Ch Margaux Ch Haut Brion and Ch Latour wines from vinsgrandscrus com which is owned by Les Caves du Bon Temps I asked them to deliver the wines no earlier than the afternoon of Friday 23rd July as I would not be home before that They emailed saying they had instructed TNT to deliver the wines on Friday and that TNT would call me on the day I was very surprised when I got a call at 9 59am on Thursday one day earlier than expected from TNT saying they are at my front door and that no one was home Given the heat wave in the UK I was not happy with them suggesting that they leave the wines outside in the heat as the wines would spoil Fortunately TNT managed to find a neighbour where they have dropped off the wines When I complained to Les Caves du Bon Temps about the wines being delivered on the wrong day they suggested asking TNT to redeliver the wines the next day This is obviously a terrible idea given that the wines would have had to travel inside a van with no air conditioner with temperature likely to hit 40 degrees celsius inside and then being stored in a warehouse also with no air conditioner Given the high expense of the wines I am appalled at the terrible service given by vinsgrandscrus com Les Caves du Bon Temps I would not recommend anyone buying wines from them as they clearly don t care about the condition of the wines
