I ve just fitted the A119 Mini
I ve just fitted the A119 Mini to my wife s car and it s an excellent little camera I say little as it sits unobtrusively on the screen being almost invisible from outside The quality of the camera is excellent giving sharp and clear images While the 1 5-inch screen is a little small for viewing clips it is easy to view them on your phone with their excellent app This is my second Viofo camera as I already have the A129 Pro Duo in my own car for a couple of years This did develop a fault shortly after purchase but the after sales service was excellent and the phone was tested and replaced without issue

Viofo received a returned item on 30 5 22 I expected a refund within few days Even after contacting them twice they had some excuses why it still was not processed Now Imagine having warranty issues with them Very dissatisfied

My dashcam stopped working after a year The service gave me a wrong address to send the camera for repair now my dashcam is gone and viofo says it s my own fault I haven t had a dashcam for 4 months now A worse service is not possible

229 4K Pro 2-CH - Cameras only records some of the time Makes double beeps for periods of time Have been try to work with customer service It s a continual list of things to do and questions After the information is provide you get another trouble shooting list with many of the same items I have no idea how to do some of the things they are asking to be done There is no resolution It s a loop of nonsense I bought 2 sets of cameras and have told them this repeatedly Now they want to know where the other cameras came from because I only bought I set I sent them the invoices What s next Do Not Buy anything from them
