I have been very pleased with the responses I ve gotten from the Viral Launch support team It has been my experience each time that I am working late at night FBA after-hours in addition to a FT job I know you guys can relate and when I have a question or issue I ll type it into the live chat box Granted it s usually too late at night to live chat but I ve always had an answer waiting for me in my inbox when I wake up the next morning and to my surprise when I reply to their answer they continue to work with me until I m satisfied Other live chat options offered elsewhere send your queries into a wasteland where help is hit or miss But Viral Launch has always taken my hand and led me to a solution
