Don t turn up
We waited in all day on a Saturday for the delivery driver to turn up Watching our slot on the list fall later and later Finally the tracking stated that it had been collected when it had not No phone call no explanation Rebooked for the next Saturday Same scenario They did call me but I had left a note on our booking to phone my husband as I would be out of the country Now I have received a text to rebook the collection day We cannot take a day off work knowing that they are this unreliable I suggest that no one uses this company

Just awful
Really awful delivery due on a date in January absolutely no tracking information unable to call as the waiting time was 15 mins and then no one answered They gave me anonther date for 5 days later The night before I had a text to say it had been lost a American Fridge then asked to re book No thankyou

Completely unreliable appointment margin 17 - 21 h not respected without any kind of information - 23 h text with false claim that pickup had taken place obliged to call customer service as no response to mail - personnel totally uncooperative with no proposition of a convenient second appointment

Disgusting customer service
I am not a native French speaker I tried to speak to the customer support agent She laughed at me shouted at me and was extremely rude The delivery is not only four days late Which was meant as a present for my daughter s birthday but their customer support was horrific I didn t get a choice of who was the delivery agent and I ve never experienced a service like it

The customer support takes 3 days to answer after which it doesn t even help solve the problems but the delivery guy is just a lazy person who doesn t wanna do their job we waiting for the order all day after which the driver just took a picture of the street said it was blocked and left didn t call or tried to contact nothing even tho I paid extra for them to bring it to the door step and I told them one call would have solved the problem and all that after it was already a few days late

I am just now waiting for the 4th time
I am just now waiting for the 4th time for the delivery to come One time I was in the queue and could see the diver would arrive in a few minutes he never came he told the office I was absent The first appointment was 9th August now it is 1st september and they are obviously not coming this morning even though I paid the extra 19 euros for a premium delivery slot AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst carrier experience ever
