Booked with Virgin for 2W family holiday to Orlando in April 2024 Booked all the park tickets and car through them also Good prices when sale was on From initial booking last year was kept well informed with useful updates and emails Both check in and Flights were excellent food and service also exemplary with good seats and more room than most Used reps abroad for small query that was sorted quickly Cannot fault Virgin at all very positive experience and great holiday Will book through them again

Just come back from a fab multi-centre trip to the USA organized by the Virgin Atlantic Holidays team at Cribbs Causeway I can t praise them enough They were friendly efficient and put together a 4 city itinerary including international and connecting flights hotels and car hire that ran like clockwork I know it is fashionable to DIY and Airbnb but this holiday was made so much easier and more pleasurable having been organized and stitched together by a proper travel agent Thank you so much

This has been the 5th Disney holiday booked through Virgin Love their attention to detail and getting everything sorted for us so we don t have the stress They ask all the right questions to guide you through what you want from the holiday and do their best to make it happen and for the right price Huge thanks to Melanie for her time and patience whilst we deliberated over the dates before we finally opted for January Also for sorting out our reward points and for reserving our seats on the flights
