Broadband has been excellent virtually no issues in over a year now Connection remains consistently strong with no outages Recently added TV and Mobile package to this bundle Very competitive pricing Customer service staff took a bit longer to complete the calls then I felt necessary however they were very polite and when unable to process my request at the time they called me back the following day at the time they advised they would Online chat support is also very helpful Nice change from Eir

Hsd traumatizing experience with
Had awful experience with Vodafone and cancelled them before even got the modem Virgin guys were so good supporting me that i also made a decision to switch my mobile contract with them too I am support manager myself and wow best experience in a while and its rare i leave comments

Rating I recently contacted Virgin Media customer support regarding an issue with my broadband connection and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received The wait time was minimal and I was connected to an agent who was exceptionally professional patient and knowledgeable They quickly identified the problem and provided clear easy-to-follow instructions that resolved my issue efficiently Throughout the call the agent maintained a courteous and attentive demeanor making the entire experience smooth and stress-free Based on this interaction I am very satisfied with Virgin Media s customer support and would rate the service a solid 5 out of 5 stars

Over the last couple of days I had to ring up virgin media with an issue with my virgin media box among other issues all the young men and women I dealt with were so lovely and helped but today I was put through to the accounts department customer services to say this young man couldn t do enough for me is an understatement Hes name is Darren white what an amazing person I hope virgin media appreciate him and all the amazing staff that work for them

3 month complaint process and nothing done
I have been trying since September to get a land line fixed for my mother who has an emergency alert call service in case she falls It hasn t worked since beginning of September and 4 members of my family have been on to them to try and get it sorted Nothing They closed the first ticket the day after it was raised nothing changed The second one is open but that was early October Everytime we ring we are told someone will ring us back no one ever does Disgraceful lack of action on something that is a H S issue

No one to help out when you need
I have called Virgin Media over 15 times over the course of 1 month had the plan upgraded to solve the issue since they don t have pods in stock 12 days have gone since the upgrade and they still didn t switch to the new speed which means I have blind spots on my CCTV and the second floor without internet at night They open cases push you aroun but no one takes responsibility I m calling tomorrow to cancel it and don t want to hear about this incompetent broadband provider anymore It does look unreal but it is I m begging to have supplied what is in the contract THEY sent
