VirginI ve been on the receiving end of appalling items sold from one of their stores Firstly my son bought me an Everly Brothers LP which I opened on Christmas Day removing the shrink wrap so sealed and appearing obviously new It wasn t new it was scratched and marked badly On Boxing Day I returned the said item I was given a replacement which on removing the wrapping also was scratched The worrying part was a staff member was quickly in the process of polishing up the first item to be repackaged and sold to another unsuspecting customer If this was in the UK they d be reported to an appropriate consumer service to deal with this shoddy behaviour Again disappointed and lost faith in the Virgin brand Their Customer Service would be better described as a joke shop Nice to know Beardie is raking in the profits from substandard items a disgrace man

Worst delivery in Dubai
I love the vibe and various stuff inside the physical store Visit it regularly with the whole family But when you need to order something as a gift or because the item is too big just forget about it They are constantly referring to a supplier with no status of your delivery My last order which was actually a gift had dispatched status for one week ONE WEEK Ridiculous Just google it before ordering something online You will find more faster and cheaper options

Worst experience with virgin megastrore qatar I usually don t buy from it but once I did I regret it I bought kids watch for my daughter I had to pay 399 to learn the difference between water resistant and water proof The staff did not explain anything and that if the watch goes in water it will be completely damaged Sent it to repair under warranty and they did not accept it It was damaged just after 10 days from the day I bought it And I had to follow up myself about the repair process they left me without feedback for 2 weeks until I called
