One of the Virgin Plus employees defrauded me in 2023 with a phone hook up sent to the wrong address despite me saying I did not want the plan Then I moved And I got set up only with Internet I have a monthly bill and the internet works ok But setup and install were a nightmare I can t though log into their awful website No account numbers are correct My bill is up to date They will not give me my account number without being able to log into my account number They want me to go 38 minutes away on transit to show ID -- this is after 2 years as a customer Clearly they are incompetent Please send suggestions

The worst company I ve ever dealt with
I ve had such a terrible experience with Virgin Plus that I decided to create an account This is THE worst company I ve ever dealt with besides basically stealing 72 from me and I have no sensible recourse to get it back I was at Staples when a representative from Virgin Plus approached me and offered what seemed like a really good deal I accepted it canceled my plan with Koodo with whom I ve never had any issues it was just a better price and went on my merry way The representative was pleasant and friendly enough That same afternoon a representative from Koodo contacted me with a counter-offer that I liked even better Unfortunately I couldn t cancel Virgin right away because I had left my SIM card with the Virgin Plus rep so Koodo shipped the new SIM card to me which took about four days to arrive In the meantime I had not made any calls and had barely left my house so I hardly used their data On top of that by law we have 15 days to cancel any service without hassle here in BC I got my Koodo SIM canceled the Virgin Plus service and thought I would get back the 108 I had paid originally A few days passed and I called to ask when I would get my money back Everyone I talked to in their customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive especially the last person I spoke to once the issue got escalated to the highest supervisor I could reach Essentially I was told I had to wait a month to get my money back even though I didn t have the service for a week It s been over a month since that whole ordeal and I finally got my refund I received 36 So apparently four days of Virgin Plus is worth 72 and I had to wait a month after having the service for only a few days to find out how much those four days cost me I honestly can t articulate the anger and impotence I feel regarding this situation I will never deal with Virgin Plus again and I will trash them at every opportunity I have seldom been treated so poorly by a company in my life I really hope that the 72 was worth it to them

Awful clientele service
calling service clientele ALLWAYS turs into a fight they ask you for your date of birth and loose your nip you reininshate your nip but next time you call same thing date of birth no nip they do not do address change in system they do hard check on your credit that does harm to your credit score instead of soft check that would tell them your credit score without doing no harm to your score every time you call to get a probl me solved you loose your time and get no where and there billing system is totally incomprehensible DON T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET

I went to their site to see how much they would charge but I never signed up with them because I can get it cheaper locally Today I received a bill from them in the regular mail Included was a credit card which I cut up and am returning to them

Horrible technician service
On August 11th a technician came to install our wifi He made a hole in the wall and did not cover it with a wallplate He said he didnt have any in his truck but when he does he will come back and finish the job by putting it where the hole is He has NEVER came back It is now Sept 1st There is a hole in my wall and it is not well done Our previous experience with Virginplus in Quebec has not been good The customer service is not helpful they dismiss your concerns At our old place we waiting for the technician for 3 hours and he did not come he no showed

I spoke with probably 12 support staff
I spoke with probably 12 support staff in total hours after precious hours and days it was like entering the Twilight Zone Each time I get transferred to a new person I had to restart from zero all over again and again and again and again endlessly I got conflicting input that at the end of the day no one could resolve the error they made from day one No wonder AI is taking over I wanted to remain faithful but I was pushed away by inefficient support staff

The customer service is disgusting- customer service rep named Justine should be fired
The customer service is disgusting spent over two hours being transferred from person to person all because of a problem they caused due to their own incompetence on top of that a rude customer service rep named Justine was extremely disrespectful rude and incompetent hung up the phone on me would not let me speak and constantly talked over me and mocked me even had the audacity to say oh you again when I was transferred back to her and transferred me to another line without my consent as well as refused to transfer me to her manager lying that they did not have one on top of that they are trying to charge me a bill of almost 400 for a charge that should have been taken as a security deposit but due to their incompetence they did not take it and are now trying to charge me when I can t afford it Would not recommend at all better to use any other line also is not even cheap as it sounds because they will find any useless reason to over charge you if they can

Virgin mobile has poor service Customer service tried to tell me i used ip all my data They lied and made a mistake They put data on wrong account t and tried to tell me I used all my data in 2 days I told them that was impossible I found out they put data on my daughters account I switched to fido in septwmber due ti them allowing my daifhter to open an account in my name Virgin plus is fraud and allowed my daughter to get a phone in my name and allowed fraud No family should be allowed to open account sns put it in there name That is FRAUD virgin plus i was with you for over 10 yrs ans im glad i closed my account die to this issue Supervisor Benedette dis not help me and dhe tried to black mail me I reported this to better business berau They are scammers Peofessionap scammers Please dont go with Virgin plus Im with Fido now and have better service Have better service now
