We went to one of the sales stands in a shopping center close by They guy was a magician with the prices because they changed every minute and the conditions too which was a little weird and should have been a red flag to NOT get internet from this company The sales guy told us that the technician would com a few days after and we would get a contract via email Nothing happened in the days after but the technician was there out of the blue We asked when we would get the contract to sign and he told us that it was already signed What happened the sales guy signed the contract himself without us knowing We complained about this and now you are telling us that everything went well and if we want to do something we should go to the police What kind of customer service is that We didn t sign anything your employee signed the contract That is committing fraud NEVER ever we will go for Virgin again

Terrible experience
Terrible experience Not only do they charge more they promised me I would have Internet in 3 days max but it will be quick they said 15 days later still no call from the technician complained every day and Got told our policy says 15 days So I cancelled and went with orange Rude staff lies and poor service

Worst connection I ever experienced in my life and I went through many companies Impossible to make calls in many areas that shouldn t be problematic If you work and travel you better take other sim card with you can rely on On the top of it when you go off to other company without permanencia they charge you llamadas which should and always had been free sending factura without explanation Trying to scam you for extra euros on last No class and quality in this company One unworthy and unreliable service

Virgin Telco Spain is a total scam A rep advised on a yearly quota with Netflix included and after two months of service we started getting charged 11 euro extra for Netflix It is important to say that we had already a Netflix subscription but as they offered the service included in the price we unsubscribed When talked to them they again said in writing that it was a full-year contract for the same price but then said otherwise We requested the company that we wanted the recording of the phone calls and they refused so of course we decided to move to a different company We had to pay the fine for breaking the contract but the hassle is not worth it If your representatives make mistakes I prefer to think it was a mistake while on the phone and promise something then you need to stick to that or at least apologize for being dishonest There are lots of other companies providing the same service for less

Dishonest business -- AVOID if you don t want to have your money stolen
I used to be with Pepephone for Fibre and Mobile My phone worked great but after almost a year of good service the wifi coverage in my home suddenly started to fail The technicians could not solve the problem so I decided to switch companies I was going to get Jazztel but Virgin had a better deal on at the time The girl I spoke with to confirm the Alta actually laughed at me when I told her I was with Pepephone and told me No wonder you have unreliable coverage those cheap companies are cheap for a reason I found this unprofessional of her to say but figured she must be really confident in Virgin I confirmed with her that I would be able to cancel with Virgin at any time in case the same problems popped up -- she said yes no worries Everything was installed fine and my SIM arrived The coverage from Day 1 was weak in some rooms in the house and following that sometimes didn t work at all no bars My mobile data also worked at first then suddenly started going painfully slow taking over 10 minutes to open a web page I called for assistance telling the technicians that neither my Fibre nor Mobile data were working properly They tried a few troubleshooting things but nothing changed A few days later I called back for more help this time they were even less helpful I told the man on the phone that I would rather just switch companies if so soon into being contracted with them only 2 months I was already having so much trouble He said Go for it He did not inform me that I would have to ask for a Baja of service nor that I would pay a penalty for cancelling before 6 months Having known none of this I changed to Jazztel which is working properly throughout the whole house and I ve signed up with Lobster for my phone which is also working great Today I received an SMS from Virgin which informed me that although my phone service had been switched to a different company my internet was still running with them I called to find out what was going on and spent 35 minutes being passed around to different agents having to tell my NIE over and over sometimes to agents who simply took my info then passed me to someone else I don t think they understand how GDPR actually works I was informed of all these surprise charges and then had offer after offer shoved down my throat over and over even though I very calmly and nicely explained that I already have another company and DO NOT want anything more from Virgin AND I refuse to pay the penalty fee After more passing around the line finally cut off while I was on hold so I had to call back myself to finish the conversation Clearly they didn t want to deal with me I am really disappointed in the Virgin customer service level -- you can really tell that they only care about money and not the people I m really angry that I was lied to that I would be able to switch companies if I wanted when that s apparently not true I m really annoyed that not only have I paid full price for malfunctioning service these last couple months but now that I have solved the problem myself by switching to Jazztel I am going to be charged over 100 EUR for something that is not my fault -- if Virgin had provided me with satisfactory service from the beginning then I would not be in this situation now Also this super amazing helpful great deal with special tech support that they were trying to entice me with instead of switching companies why wasn t I offered that when I told the technician I was going to leave Why instead was this last desperate attempt only pushed on me when they knew I was already contracted with another company Horrible horrible dishonest customer service It s actually shameful I currently have a claim open with them to eliminate the cancellation costs We will see what comes of that solicitud 1187538 but you can be sure that I will spread this story further if I have to pay 100 EUR for trying to avoid faulty service that is theft plain and simple

Virgin stole my money
Been waiting months for a reply to my email requesting that my call recordings are listened to in order to prove that it is Virgin s lack of customer care and coverage that caused me to break my contract I m certain that at this point they will just claim that everything has already been deleted and there s nothing they can do if they answer at all that is instead of ghosting me like the very professional company they are I have paid the fees for cancelation that SHOULD be waved because I DID NOT GET COVERAGE OF WIFI IN MY WHOLE HOUSE Expecting me to hang around and pay you more money month after month is ridiculous Making me pay cancelation fees for no reason is THEFT Check your emails Virgin Or are there just too many complaints that you haven t gotten to it yet Still waiting for my money back Thanks
