Amazing experience unlike any other cruise

Amazing experience onboard Every single meal was incredible all bartenders and staff were nice and very attentive We were so sad to leave but will definitely be back soon

There is so much I can say about our experience but I don t have enough space It was the best experience ever Stress free process embarking disembarking All staff was amazing friendly always asked if we needed anything how the food was and service They were always ready to make sure we were okay Shout out to Wawan room service Mark Galley server bartender and Bayu Gumbae game for the memories laughter and just great customer service ever There is so much to do on this ship Although I love my grandbabies it was nice to not have children running all over the place and allowing us to just be adults and enjoy all it had to offer I drank so much to last me a lifetime but it was all worth it The experience all together within the boat is memorable All the food was so delicious and plentiful I will be back and will bring my whole family Thank you Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady for a smooth sailing

Best Cruise Ever

I have been on 20 cruises over the last 20 years and I have to say Virgin Voyages is my new Favorite From the Dining options to the music Virgin knows what they are doing to accommodate the younger crowd Being that it was an 18 adult cruise it was nice not having kids running around everywhere The food was incredible and the night life and entertainment was top tier I definitely recommend cruising with Virgin if you are under the age of 65 and want to vacation with no kids

Fantastic Ship and even better food

Resilient Lady Adriatic Cruise The organisation was absolutely brilliant from shuttle busses to take you to the town rather than wait at the dock for your boarding time to disembarkment Wifi bracelet for cabin entry and paying for items Everything done via the App booking restaurants shows etc You get a daily line up and also your personal calendar Room balcony was very comfortable The gym was good always got a treadmill Food was amazing Top marks for allergy sufferers every server asked if there were any allergies and if they didn t know which wasn t often they would ask the chef Definitely need to book the restaurants the day they are released for booking Only days the food galley got crowded were on shore days Split Dubrovnik and Kotor especially were excellent stops Persephone show was the highlight of the shows Another Rose was good but as you are eating at the same time as watching the show you tend to miss bits you do get your money s worth in alcohol though Flute loops - musician from Ireland was really good too Didn t enjoy Mind Mangler - it was completely set up and Miss Behave show was awful Downsides are the drinks were expensive we had a 600 bar tab with our package so it wasn t so bad There was only one pool which was quite small I found the sunbeds crammed together which was awkward to get in and out and all taken on ship days

Amazing Christmas Cruise

We just got done with a 5 day Christmas cruise with my wife on Virgin This was our 4th cruise in general and the 1st cruise with Virgin It was by far my favorite cruise experience The food was delicious and all specialty dining was included Our favorite restaurants were The Wake get the clam chowder Pink Agave and breakfast at Razzle Dazzle Halid our mega rockstar agent provided us with first-class service and made sure we had all our needs were met We just had such a good time and are looking forward to our next cruise with Virgin

Bada cruise Loved everything Staff super friendly food was friggin fantastic Don t be scared about it being a party boat it is entertaining for sure but there are plenty of other parts of the boat you can chill You can participate in the fun as much or as little as you like Definitely going back

A new standard for cruising

Having tried other cruise lines and seeing so much buzz around Virgin Voyages I had high expectations for my time on board I can honestly say that my expectations were exceeded in every way Fantastic good choice and quality all-speciality restaurants is a real game changer varied and fun entertainment chilled vibes all-round and staff who genuinely seem like they enjoy their time on board without all that fake front We bid to upgrade to Rockstar Quarters pre-departure which elevated our experience Our Rockstar agent was great and we made good use of Richard s Rooftop and the Mo t Hour I d like to see Rockstar priority disembarkation at ports non-tender Rockstar reserved table locations in restaurants and special events for Rockstars in the Rooftop my only critiques really I ve been singing Virgin Voyages praises since I ve been home and I can t wait to sail again soon Thanks for a fantastic trip successfully setting a new standard for cruising

Best ever

Best ever Won t go on another cruise ship ever I love how I was catered to Everyone so helpful never too busy to help or talk Everyone had a smile on their faces Lots of events Restaurants top notch 5 star quality food amazingly delicious Each restaurant offers a distinct menu The galley had waiter service as well No waiting in lines for anything I loved the shows and the variety of events On the sun deck I was able to order food and enjoy the sun Music was awesome and offered a variety of kinds of music I loved every moment and met so many new people

1st time cruiser but not our last

We had the time of our lives and was so very sad to have to return home after receiving that 5-star experience all the way We made new friends experienced things we would ve never had the opportunity to if we chose a land tour and it almost seemed like there was so much to do on board that you needed more time but amazingly we were able to plan in everything we wanted to The shows were all wonderful and the app made it easy to keep everything in order I highly recommend this Riviera Maya cruise on Virgin Voyages
