We experienced some difficulties setting up call routing and auto-attendant which I must say are not the most intuitive for your average business owner to set up Having called the support team at VL the response was second to none and special mention to Lauren who went above and beyond expectations not only in resolving the issue but even checking back a few days later to ensure everything was working perfectly Many thanks Lauren you are a Superstar

I had some issues with the VL website I wasn t able to see our call stats for certain numbers After I emailed the support team Lauren has gotten very promptly back to me and resolved the issue within minutes It was quick and easy A very positive experience
