Great experience overall You have to be patient but trust the bot and check immediately as the bot releases new slots It also kept checking in and sending encouraging messages and promptly gave me a refund for a second service I didn t end up using Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an elusive appointment slot

So happy to have finally secured an appointment using the bot I d say it is very much worth the price as I definitely would not have thought to look for an appointment at the time I received the notification Only paid for it two days prior so very grateful They cater to many more destinations than advertised on their website i e I required one for Germany and this wasn t shown on the website but was available Yes it is quite expensive but im sure as more people begin to use the service this will decrease Still worth every penny I was doubtful that it would work being a telegram bot and all but I couldn t have asked for more
