Scam Badly run company
Not sure if this company are genuine or just very badly managed or just a small group of people now working from home postal address is a residential house working off what appears to be a corporate website but I had to cancel my visa application with them and restart a new application on the Australia immigration website which I would recommend I have requested that they show me proof of payment when they said they lodged the application as well as the application number and nothing has been forwarded to me I am nervous that personal information including copies of bank statements proof of income was sent I did get through on the phone a personal answer message and not presented as a company message The conversation with Ben also gave me no real confidence I have asked my bank to investigate Go direct to the Australian government website and save yourself money

Ben was truly AMAZING He managed to organise a Visa in just 3 days I then realised I had it assigned to an incorrect passport number which was over a bank holiday weekend and due to travel on the Sunday night He fixed it for me in a matter of hours He really went over and above - responding to emails at 8am on a Sunday morning I will be forever grateful - he is professional knowledgeable quick to respond and really has a can do attitude Such a pleasure to work with

Our Experience of Ben O Rourke
