wrong lure send twice
I have ordered a lure in November they send another one when asked to change they said that I am mistaking in the beginning and after proving they are wrong they agreed to change my order with the excuse they sell more than 17000 products and they don t know what is what When I receive the second product it was again not the lure I ordered Not a good experience I will not order again from here

3days delay on delivery and still counting
I did a order on Sunday at 13 00 and on the web site was order before 23 59 tomorrow at home Today is Wednesday and the package stills not at home try to make contact by phone but didn t work and by email I m waiting for a answer for more than 24h

I ordered spinning The fishing rod was delivered on the specified date Unfortunately the blank of the rod was scratched and there was no protective foil on the soft parts of the butt The fishing rod probably came from an exhibition This is my second bad experience with ordering a fishing rod so I m leaving it negative Customer service responded quickly to my message I m waiting for my cash back
