Brilliant service My new glasses frames turned up in two days flat Very impressed indeed

Poor communication glasses weren t even right

I didn t realize this was a European based company until I had placed my order and received an email from them It was clear English wasn t their native language and almost felt like a robot had written the email I started to question my purchase and asked them to either call me or cancel my order The only further communication I got was an email saying my order was processed The glasses arrived very timely however the Rx is completely wrong somehow the vision is distorted Very dissatisfied with the communication from the company and the final product

Glasses fell apart after a week of use

Do not under any circumstances get your prescription glasses ordered through this company The lenses came apart after 1 week of use I wish I could post a photo for you to see The screws completely fell off When I requested a refund for the damaged product I was told I would only get half of the amount refunded back to my account So stay clear from this company I don t know what to do I took the glasses to my local optician 3 times to tighten the screws and they still get loose after a week I am so upset this is fraud
