I am a huge fan of my VisionAid magnifier So I was dismayed as my headstrap started to stretch out Then I was super happy to see they offer replacement straps There were some crossed wires with shipping but customer support was super fast and helpful I ve recommended the VisionAid magnifier to a lot of my cross stitching pals
