From the get go they keep you updated on the progress of your package which is great I received my product today and the little touches of the stars on the box and the personal touch with a thank you note was lovely not only that they took the time to put information about the product in the box and highlight important parts and as someone who works in the supplement etc field this is so helpful to anyone that might not know much about them I only took my first two tablets so I can t review how they are yet but even still I d highly recommend this company and will definitely buy again
