I wish I had checked this site before ordering a dehydrator but I didn t because someone in my specialized FB group had one and was about to buy another All seemed legit First I emailed a question and after getting tired of waiting for an answer ordered anyway Three weeks later I have received no shipping information have emailed twice and have not received any answers I plan to ask my credit card company to take the next step

This is the worst online shopping experience I ve had in years I spent thousands on a Sauna that according to the website was in stock That was November 2023- it s now March 2024 still no Sauna They don t return calls or reply to emails- they simply don t care about the customer- avoid at all costs

I have bad experience with this company The stuff i bought i wasn t happy with quality so I returned within few days after month still waiting for refund they dont pick up phone one excuse after another one Pointing office in Australia Big SCAM way soon many upset customers in past few months same issues never refund and also some never received the goods and Thousands of pounds gone

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service - Sadly I am having the same experience as many others I ordered two water filters One of them broke within 4 months I have been told that I need to complete a claim form plus send pics etc and it would take 5 days That in itself was pretty rubbish service as the item was so new and I had bought two three if you include the one that broke prior to this - but that one was a couple of years old and so I thought it was normal wear and tear - perhaps not as it has happened again At the moment I am still chasing for an update on the situation but I am not impressed and will certainly not order from them again or recommend them

3 months and several emails still no 260 refund

My partner bought me a blender in December promised to arrive for Xmas it arrived in January Not happy sent it back Several emails and 3 months later still no refund Tracy Support fobs us off four times saying will chase finance Yet never gets back to us and still no refund to date
