Great vitamins everyone needs
Have tried all 3 vitamins and LOVE them I take the Pro-Collagen before going to sleep and since the first day it helped me having more of a good night sleep whereas usually I d wake up in the night multiple times I love that there s magnesium in there as I used to take magnesium in the past magnesium is great for PMS symptoms it relaxes and reduces anxiety and it s what you need to prep for bed - So I m very pleased to have reintroduced magnesium in the right quantities together with the benefits of collagen I take the performance in the mornings and recharge usually when I have need a spike of energy or going to the gym - it gives me that boost that I need when I m lacking energy Also last but not least I love the taste of all of the sachets - I can feel that they re packed with amazing ingredients and vitamins that help support my body I definitely prefer these to vitamin pills as most of the times we don t really know what s in them whilst with these you can almost taste all the nutrients Definitely a great addition to my daily life will be definitely getting more
