Disappointed with the Gymnema Sylvestre Opened 2 750mg capsules and stirred them into a drop of water This was meant to coat the sweetness receptors on the tongue to make anything sweet taste cardboard like or like nothing Nothing changed it didn t happen If this is the result then I think that this supplement is ineffective in all its other benefits Rubbish

Rip off bought 1000mg olive oil capsules under trade name bogygenix what came was 500mg capsules you need six of these to make oneTEASPOON they recomend 1 2 daily which is about a third of a teaspoon thats not worth bothering with waiting to see if they reply this could be one for trading standards better off buying a bottle of good quality olive oil less than half the price
