I wanted to personalise an itinerary that was published on the website and Jade made this straightforward Everything was explained clearly and the price was very competitive Every little tweak I wanted to make was accommodated and I felt that meeting my requirements was the priority at all times Jade listened attentively to my requests and didn t try to upsell anything All calls and emails were answered promptly and efficiently Planning and booking a 15 day and 3 centre stay in Japan was simple and speedy - I am now looking forward impatiently to the holiday
