Viaviela contacted me to inform me about a gastouder availibility for the days I was seeking and gave me the contact number I contacted the gastouder We met and it was really nice I was under the impression that I would be meeting with ViaViela too but no Then got a call the next day that I had an appointment with them at 9am for which I already had another appointment As you can imagine I was utterly confused They didn t call to reschedule Instead they sent me a bunch of documents NOT outlining their expensive monthly rate or how they work as a company For someone who is not a native Dutch speaker I was utterly lost but I needed the daycare to start With the gastouder we agreed to do a trial period for a month so that my son can get used to her and we build up his trust as well as to give me time to inform the other location that my son wouldn t be going there any longer So we started and then on the two occassions that my son was with the gastouder he got very sick it s never happened at his other location or with me so I thought maybe it is better to have him only go once and keep him at the other place also because he already knows many familiar faces The gastouder was livid and rejected my proposal and started accusing me of saying things I didn t say I ask for Viaviela to call me to help resolve the issue they never did They just texted on WhatsApp and then charged my account 60Euros for which I was again surprised Also the company had billed me far more per month than what I had arranged with the gastouder All in all communication was VERY bad and I felt like all they wanted was my money not my time There was no apology from their end not even a simple call So I am utterly disappointed with everyone in how they handled my issue Never again
