I called to cancel my service due to Vivamt not honoring a promise I was assured that my promise would be honored and the review of my account would process within the next 5 days I did not cancel

From the first call to Vivint to order the system the customer service was great and when I called to have it installed I had no issues but in my opinion the best part was the young man who came to install my equipment he was very friendly and answered all of our questions without making us feel as though he had better things to do Great young man he took the time to show the equipment and explain things

Getting a problem solved with ONE phone call is a big plus for us We ve been Vivint customers for several years and think their customer service is outstanding
