Order was received just days after ordering and for what they are marketed as - a barefoot shoe they fit the description I wish they went to larger sizes and the shoes felt more substantive These are nothing I d wear to a crowded venue where a fight or flight might break out Heck my feet feel naked in the hardware store with these on not a good feeling in an environment that can hurt your feet

Vivobarefoot shoes are beautifully crafted with natural and sustainable materials They are barefoot shoes and so comfortable that I wouldn t be without them I purchased two new pairs to replace my well worn previously refurbished through Revivo Primus Trail Knit FG Mens and Tracker II FG Mens The website is user friendly and thank goodness there is good availability of large sizes 11 UK The size measurement tool works really well

Great company great shoes

Company is solid Good values I think the pricing is pretty reasonable considering their ethical material sourcing and small size of the brand compared to say Nike VB sent me the wrong order the first time but promptly rectified the mistake I quite like my VB shoes and would totally buy more in the future

Had the smoothest return experience I ve had in ages Had to return a pair of shoes to exchange sizes and they provided a free return label and a tracking number for peace of mind Getting in contact with support in their website is incredibly easy I had my concerns taken care of within minutes with L I would have no problem going back to them and trust their team for help with footwear any day

Needed help for purchasing footwear for my 3 month south east Asia travel Zera was so helpful in recommendations and information I couldn t have got better guidance for footwear if I went into store and tried them on Vivobarefoot quality and customer service is more than satisfactory Setting these standards on customer service I think should go without question 90 percent of the time from other companies you sit there talking to a robot
