No hesitation in recommending Vivona

I had been experiencing some hear loss for a few weeks and a transatlantic flight with the pressure changes added to a head cold did nothing to help By the time I got home the hearing in my left ear was severely impaired I read that the NHS no longer treated blocked ears so I searched for a clinic close to me and came up with Vivona So glad I did I phoned at 10 a m and was being treated at 3 p m the same day Raimah was fantastic Everything explained in detail and the procedure was fast and painless I received photographs of before and after and I can now hear perfectly Will definitely go to them again and encourage anyone who supects ear wax build-up to contact them

Excellent service

This was my first time getting anything done to my ears but I would highly recommend this company The whole set up was very clean and professional everything was explained to me clearly and transparently and the lady who did it was really lovely Its great to have a facility like this in Croydon

I think John was the name of the man who treated me at the clinic What a great guy top tier customer service Now I have been given a loyalty card hopefully I can get my family to use the service so I can eventually get 25 off All my ear is fully cleared with before and after images showing his amazing work I feel like I can hear a pin drop in a loud room now haha

That was the best treatment I had in the UK as I was totally not hearing anything due to wax in my ear My friend recommended me this clinic And the doctor is superb as she tells me continually whatever she was doing Well recommended by me I also give her best wishes to make me hear as normal Love the treatment

My experience at Vivona earcare was brilliant I had a blockage in one ear and it was driving me crazy John did an excellent job talking me through the process and with no pain removed the blockage and this was an instant relief I can t thank them enough worth the 85
