Excellent communication fast delivery

I needed a specific older version of Windows 10 on a box to test software for a legacy system before deploying in production VJM responded very quickly the box arrived a few days after payment with the correct version Exemplary service highly recommended

Small but Excellent

I purchased a mini PC from VJM last Sept 2020 and was most impressed with the speed of delivery and manner in which the purchase was achieved The service and goods were excellent in all respects However the item developed a fault at the end of Aug 2021 and I contacted VJM for advice The response I got was unbelievable - an email reply followed by a personal telephone call the same day in which Vincent explained the return details all arranged for me - nothing to do my end The PC was duly collected the following day and returned to VJM Being a bank holiday weekend I expected to be on hold for several days but - no On the Tuesday I received notification that a replacement PC was on its way to me and would be delivered the following day True to their word the replacement arrive at 0930 the following morning - a turnaround of two working days Show me any large retail outlet that will give that kind of service All in all an excellent company who I would not hesitate to recommend to family friends or any other potential customer Vincent should be very proud of the way he runs his business and the service he provides Well Done and a sincere Thank You

Great selection very fast postage

Very good selection of specifications and very fast postage very well packaged in heavy duty bubble wrap I ordered it on the 19th and it was here on the 21st I bought the Gigabyte Brix Mini which looks of very good quality

A great purchasing experience

The whole purchasing experience was great from start to finish The website was easy to navigate with various straightforward choices to make up a computer specification The delivery speed was incredible I paid an additional small fee for expedited service and after placing my order on a Thursday my mighty NUC mini was with me by the following Saturday The package was delivered by courier with advanced notification of a delivery slot and the packaging was excellent Communications were great with some queries I had at different stages being addressed promptly and comprehensively All in all I m very pleased with the purchasing experience and my new computer

Model purchased - Gigabyte Brix GB-BACE-3160 Quad Core

I was impressed by the speed of response to a query before I bought it It really is impressively small It sits silently next to my monitor leaving far more work space than my old laptop As promised it starts straight out of the box - useful for a 73 year old - I had to download reload various programs as well as transfer numerous files photos Usual problem with Windows - couldn t get the network to work properly between computers so reverted to good old USB sticks All in all I suppose it took a day to finalise everything Loads noticeably quicker than the Intel Core i3 dual core in my reliable but now rather elderly Acer Aspire laptop but not as much difference as I expected On startup it uses 100 processor I ve culled unnecessary startup programs also when loading browsers I ve tried Brave Chrome Opera Edge Once it s settled down the CPU usage drops significantly but if I was buying again I d go for a more powerful processor That was also a problem with the old laptop of course To begin with there were problems with wireless mice stalling but this seems to have sorted itself out Maybe the mouse on the laptop was interfering Apart from the CPU overloading I m very impressed and have passed details to a neighbour who is thinking of replacing one of his PC s
