Cant believe that i had to experience such a delusion with this company after having 3 different contracts with them They notified that my mobile contract was about to expire offering 2 other offers with a deadline until 17 09 I call them 16 09 to sign the contract and they say the offer hs expired While the next day they send me a message that they are sorry that i didnt sign the contract And its obvious that they do it on purpose to obligate you sign a more expensive contract since they have the monopol of telecomunication market

Worst internet provider in Albania

i bought 300mb s internet and NEVER and i stress NEVER received this speed through cable or wifi Terrible service and worthless client service Don t buy Vodafone internet service

Stealing money mainly from elderly people

This is not a company this a well-structured thieving band The schemas they use are a few The latest one is with the monthly bill When you pay it in person they would say that the payment is done but the system won t work so they can t give you the receipt but they will take the money from people mainly elderly people which don t understand what they are been told And when they would go next month they are told that they need to pay 2 months because they haven t payed the previous months and they would ask you to pay show the previous receipt that you took from paying And this thieving band hire arrogant people at the customer service to intimidate client who ask for information Albanians are trapped by these types of providing companies and looks like they have no hope

Suspicious products

I bought an iPhone here and the apple warranty was already expired they didn t email me with a solution for a month and after insisting they told me just use our warranty we are not responsible for apple s warranty Leaves me doubting the product is refurbished or used

I work for vodafone Albania for 11 years in finance the Albanian management was a night mare supervisors like Arlind Imelda Vasian ect first critics your work as employee after harassment threats guardians pressure alimented by them to stay low If you oppose to protect your work or your rights they call the cops or their peace holders just for answering to their pressure With many former employees they have adoperate persecution to keep mouths shut and lazy mangament on charge No signs of Colao or British in Vodafone Albania from years I am so happy that I left them

Since they bought Abcom their technical support both online a and shops is non professional I bought a device and after I put card there was no connection After several attempts to call the support they said Your actual cars is not supported by your device Come back in our shop And purchase a new one Again the service not working

The most stressful phone operator ever They will always play tricks for instance if you have an offer until 24 May that means until midnight of that day You have to keep topping up so that your number doesn t go passive If you don t top up for 7 days you lose all the money there was in your card Honestly absolute thieves

Avoid at all cost

If you are a tourist in Albania avoid Vodafone at all cost You get 40GB of internet for 23 but it doesnt work at all In the center of the city of Sarande in the center of the city of Vlore the signal is full but the internet works very very slow almost unusable If you can try to find some other internet provider
