Ruined credit score
Happened to my husband just now Cancelled account with them Kept sending monthly bills kept calling them to reiterate that account is cancelled People on phone kept reassuring that bills and fees are waivered Next month another bill another phone call more emails and more reassurances that bills and fees are waivered This goes on for MONTHS Finally stops But now he sees that it s taken a LOT of hits to credit score Now he have to contact them AGAIN to get this sorted Meanwhile we ve been penalised and unable to apply to things due to failing credit check

I paid my bill last night using the mobile app twice it bounced back into my account twice I paid 5 69 convenience fee bloody inconvenient Now I can t pay my bill because according to my app there is 0 to pay I tried calling after 40 minutes of listening to scratchy music I finally spoke to a real person who couldn t help with this problem at all He offered to help me by explaining options to pay my bill such as using my app

What a crap service
What a crap service their customer service are all from outside of NZ They all are useless Don t even try them you will regret even approaching them I had to disconnect after two days because of their absolute crap service A bunch of dumbs who can t even diagnose a simple issue The technician that I spoke to over the phone told me in order to solve internet issue try using different power outlet to plug in the modem when the modem is perfectly powered on What a dumb dumb

Took our money haven t provided any service and yet refuse to issue a refund I feel like I have been constantly gaslit by them after multiple attempts to rectify the issue Customer service is the worst I have encountered possibly ever I am unsure as to how the operation of this company is even legal It s theft plain and simple

Too slow
What used to take under 1 minute to top up and choose an addon now take up to 5 minutes The repetitive rhetoric on the menu is just annoying Data is way to expensive and the online app is just rubbish After 23 years of being a customer and an avid data user will be changing to a competitor for a better rate

Terrible phone service and even worse on the app
I have had nothing but bad experiences with their phone and app based customer support So many hours wasted with people who can t understand English or who make promises that they or their colleagues don t deliver on The only thing that has worked for me is going to a Vodafone store and talking to a REAL person in person Luckily I live in a city If you re not near a store I d suggest using another provider

This company staff called me and offered another data plan which is more expensive one when I denyed the offer she asked me one more question I couldn t hear it she said Yes or No so I said I couldn t really understand then she just hung up I answered all her question except last one middle of the busy morning though So rude

Vodafone have cut my services off for paying an invoice
Vodafone have missed an invoice payment at their end So the morons have cut off my services which affect myself and three other people on my plan Only phone number I can ring is Vodafone now But excessive waiting times obviously adding fuel to the fire Touched base with Vodafone regarding this prior due to excessive reminders but they cut me off And never rung back Absolute morons that work for Vodafone
