Vodafone have lifted their broadband internet speed bigtime and mobile connection is simple They are clearly superior to Optus Telstra and most of the rest Non exsistant online customer service is not really a problem as who does have human operators online these days I purchased a Huawei android and 5 months prepaid supposedly unlimited text calls and net for 200 at the top floor Parramatta Westfields store A good deal Huawei mobile quick internet access reasonable mobile for the price the usual touch screen control not bad this mobile The only slight problem for me was also connecting my tablet via a separate internet connection I paid 20 for a sim card but could not activate it I had to go back to the store and activate another 20 sim card as they wouldn t refund me the original sim card I have the receipt Vodafone for this so how about instructing the staff at Westfields Parramatta to refund me or CREDIT me The missing 20 Otherwise great Mobile Internet connection No drop outs very fast and cheap enough for everday use Vodafone Pocket wi fi is not bad either Cheers Vodafone

At the Bourke st mall in Melbourne today young and friendly Jon looked after my transfer from Telstra to Vodafone with a level of service I hadn t experienced with the telecommunications industry ever I was with Vodafone went to Telstra when I bought my new phone 3 months ago and they failed to deliver the adequate services on required on my plan I exited Telstra with their approval and Jon made the transition easy explainer my monthly contract clearly I would also like to say with COVID care and restrictions in place I still felt he went above and beyond to ensure my phone number crossed over and the barriers were invisible regarding personal service Thank you Vodafone
