Pathetic customer service and extremely bad quality of products The customer service no s provided are not at all responsive The policy clearly says 100 refund in 7 days but they don t respond at all They are a clear rip off Stay away from them Most of the products from catalog are not available I am going to report this to consumer court else they will continue cheating the customers like this

Worst site for shopping

First of all they said they will customise my shirt according to the measurements sent by me but they send me a smaller size which was already lying with them And now i am continously calling and mesaaging them on both WhatsApp and insta from the last week but there is no response at all They are neither refunding my money nor they are ready to exchange the size Would recommend everyone not to shop with them

I wish I had seen the other reviews before ordering products from this company Had the exact same experience as many other people who have rated it 1 star - very poor quality of material and when asked for a return they simply refused saying items can only be returned if damaged But their policy on the website clearly states they accept returns in case customer is not satisfied with the product Absolute scammers Please DO NOT buy from them
