I ordered a large jacket and after waiting 13 days it arrived After unpacking the product I could see the jacket was tiny more suited to a teenager than a 50 year old I have contacted the company to request a refund only to be offerred 20 off the price It Iooks like this will be a battle to get a refund Not happy and will never use again

The item I purchased was damaged when it arrived the size was supposed to be large to fit 44inch chest but you would be lucky to get your left arm in the sleeve Only offered a 20 discount for something they sent out damaged and with sizes that are completely way off and far to small This company is a complete rip off stay away from them as they are a disgusting company to use

The item arrived after a 3 week wait The images show a reasonably sized coat but what arrived was tiny more suited to a child that an adult It isn t in proportion as shown on the website and now I find I m expected to pay the international shipping cost to return the coat before I get a refund Avoid this supplier

VOGUE LONDON Why is this company still being allowed to advertise and sell on social media sites And more so why are PayPal allowing this company to trade and pay through their platform They are an absolute Scam company They send wrong items or incorrect fake items then refuse to refund you unless you pay 60 and send the item back to China my fake item recieved didn t cost this in the first place Vogue London you are not a UK company as you would make the public believe by your andvertising and you use fake reviews to look better on the market place You are ripping hard working people off by your returns and fake item scam Shame on you But in my opinion What goes around comes around
