I thoroughly recommend Voipfone for business VOIP telephone services and they provide some of the best support I have experienced with any business let alone telecom I have used them for 3 years and they have provided my company with exceptional call quality throughout as well as easy to manage call menus and account setup Best of all is their customer service they pick up the phone quickly and you always speak to someone who is very knowledgable about their product and able to help

Voip made easy for a dummy

I needed a UK regional number for my small business The several people I contacted at Voipfone were patient knowledgeable and very helpful Worked within seconds and the iPhone app was very easy to set up Thanks and well done for having such good service

I can t recommend Voipfone enough - excellent all round

We switched to Voipfone to save money off our bills but they have done so much more than that They certainly do save us money a four-figure saving per year over BT but we also get more functionality and far better service than we got from BT I can t recommend them enough

Always great service The Voipfone support team can t be praised highly enough for their excellent standards of support Support queries are usually resolved within 2 mins by email Can t fault them

Best I ve found

having worked in this industry most of my adult life it is refreshing to find a company that genuinely has figured out that customer care and support is important Whenever I have had a query it has been resolved quickly and efficiently most often whilst I am on a call to them The service isn t without fault I don t like the way the have set up the call queuing for example but they are miles ahead of the competition

I have just started using Voipfone for the porting of an additional line for my small business They made the porting process from my old provider painless and when I experienced difficulties connecting the actual phone to the internet they were far more helpful than the company who sold me the hardware and managed to resolve the problems in a short time Whats more they are cheaper than my previous provider I am so impressed by this company I wish I had found them ages ago

Home customer - great product

I m a residential customer with a FTTP connection and no copper line I wasn t that fussed on having a landline and didn t want to pay 20 month for one Voipfone is a brilliant alternative - I pay 3 60 a month for a local landline number My elderly relatives can now call me within their minutes as they don t need to call my mobile I have intermediate IT skill and was able to very quickly configure the Yealink W70B to connect to Voipfone It was so easy I also found live chat to very quick to respond and helped me with my query I m really impressed with Voipfone and intend to transfer my parent s copper line to the service in the future to save them money on line rental
