Car is glitch ridden but dealer did okay

Okay so my GTE had a major fault less than 6 months old and 10k miles but the service team at VW andover have been great I was issued with a little UP as a courtesy car but when the fault turned out to be a long repair time they attempted to get VW to hire me a more suitable vehicle VW denied the request But thanks to Mark in the service team at Colnbrook way who managed to find me a new replacement t-cross whilst my car was in the garage thanks for keeping me updated Mark hopefully my brand new GTE will be back soon hopefully

I am ordering a Tiguan elsewhere not via dealership direct and needed to test drive The dealership in Cardiff was EXCELLENT from the minute of answering the phone to finishing the test drive Ewan I believe he was in the fleet dept He allowed me to test drive a Tiguan even though I was going to lease it elsewhere He was very friendly and had all the time to deal with me even though he knew I was only test driving Appreciate fitting me to test drive as they could have easily fobbed me off Roll on my Tiguan being delivered in 5 6months
