Volcanic provided me with the best customer service I have ever received From the beginning Jason answered all my questions and provided me with lots of information quickly via WhatsApp chat including what kit would best suit a static caravan after discussing my electricity usage After the solar kit arrived Jason was still on hand to answer my queries via chat and provided me with a customised wiring diagram to suit the layout of my panels arranged specific mounts I needed from an external company as well as providing extra supplies next day at no additional charge Voltanic went above and beyond to help me choose and install my solar panels I would highly recommend their service Thank you to Denise for being on hand with tracking numbers and updates

The best customer service around
I looked in to solar systems for my van the reviews were looking good so I made my purchase Up on delivery the panel had been damaged in the post I contacted customer service and they shipped a new panel out same day The system is fantastic the customer service is fantastic I will 100 use them again when I m doing upgrades Very rare I bother to leave feedback but when you have a good experience the world needs to know 5 stars from me
