Worse provider I ve seen I have lived in 6 countries and used 10 ISPs This one is by far the worst one It has a history of state ownership and it shows The only reason this thing survives is that they have quasi monopoly in some areas Sometimes the only other choice is Proximus the incumbent this one a true state-protected monopoly with internet prices 3-4x OECD rates Voo never delivers more than 20Mbps for packages advertised as up to 100mbps Their customer service is an outrage Their routers last less than 2 years on average and you have to drive around and pick up replacement routers Stay away if you can but they probably made sure you can t

Uselles Bad quality services Just money throwed out on the window For the prices it s not right I ve lived in almost all Europe for short periods There is nothing like Belgium There is nothing like their internet connections A totally mess Not only at Voo but still is on top worst providers Is good that they know how to take the money Smart guys The people in here are very soft Companies like this are not getting to far in the rest of the Europe

Never get any internet with Voo

First of all they missed the date of installation I called them after waiting 20 minutes on the line they said that my phone number happened to be associated to a wrong country code some bug in their database and this somehow prevented my order to go to the next level Next time the guy came checked the socket and said that it is a wrong one there must be some other somewhere and left No internet after 4 weeks after contacting them

Nineteenth century service quality

I am a Voo subscriber in the province of Namur I wouldn t recommend Voo to my worst enemy Constant failures multiple Voo technician visits that most of the time don t fix the problem I have been told for over 6 months now that the reason I get no HD is that there s a problem on a 5km line upstream from my house But of course they aren t fixing it Avoid at all costs I m switching to Proximus

I never receive invoices from them only when I call and ask then they manually send me the bill If I late to pay then they charge an admin fee Now been trying to call them for 3 days and it usually hangs up after holding for about 10 min Oh yeah and online account does not allow to log-in - asks to call them instead

Crappy internet service Customer care inexistent 1 day before the installation they will call you to tell they cannot come offering to reschedule for Saturday so to charge 50 Euro for the installation which is already in place but only for the sake to replace the router
