We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Vorelli Lighting We brought a beautiful custom made 2 3m staircase chandelier Its absolutely stunning fantastic quality and very unique Liam who owns the company was extremely helpful We spoke to him several times to discuss colour options and design right through to installation I cant recommend Vorelli enough and we will be purchasing some kitchen lighting very soon Thank you Liam its been a pleasure you should be very proud of your business

I had recently purchased chandelier-1 4 lounge dining room lights I have to say best looking lights I have been to many shops couldn t find exactly what I want my friend recommended this company I was very impressed from the time I ordered until delivery No stress Even while fitting the lights Liam was very helpful to guide me step by step which you don t get this service from any shop The quality of the lights especially service is very good It s a shame that they don t have any showrooms I strongly recommend this company Overall excellent wish I could share the pictures of the lights

Wow what can I say Amazing service from start to finish Liam was so helpful throughout He helped me chose the right colour finish to match the rest of my decor and even had one of my lights custom made so that it was the perfect size These lights are spectacular in person like nothing I ve seen before They have totally finished off my home

We bought 2x Gotham chandelier lights of Vorelli lighting in November 2022 for our kitchen These lights were delivered in 7 days and were exactly how they looked on the tin Vorelli lighting were able to come to our home and help fit these lights and crystals without any hassle These lights are extremely professional and provide an authentic look to our new kitchen We could not speak highly enough about this company Highly recommended if you are looking for luxurious lighting

Great guy who owns this the show room is a unbelievable set up purchased 3 lights from here all great condition easy to assemble if your wanting to purchase a light this is the place to be

Suffered with huge delays in getting me

Suffered with huge delays in getting me the product Then arrived with 20 crystals missing from the Chandelier Multiple complaints about the situation led nowhere

Dont use delays faulty items and custom charges

Huge delays as the items are coming from Hong Kong but your not told that so assume the item will come when advised It didn t and took weeks lack of communication I then had a Fed Ex charge which they said they will pay but didn t and ive since had warnings Ive chased several times about items and issues but as ive no reply ive now raised a dispute to take further and to get a full and immediate refund Dont use this company
