Charged me for a non-working product I can t get my money back

I used to use this VPN before and it was fine so when I needed it again I decided to get back to them and paid for a year of the service But it didn t work I have reported to the support they made me send them dozens of screenshots and videos asking the same stupid questions like did you try to log out and log in again did you try to reinstall the app - despite the fact I have reported them in the very first email I tried to find someone from this company on LinkedIn - but with little luck The website also doesn t provide any info about the team no wonder I would be ashamed Now it s about two months and I still can t get my money back - the support keeps asking me things like please send proof of payment I ve sent the bank cheque not send a screenshot oh now please send us a n de selfie or else we won t believe you were so dumb to pay for this piece of carp we call and sell as VPN Dear Founder of the VPN99 - I hope you read this and be ashamed of yourself your product and the level of service you provide to the users To all the others - never use vpn99 net or trustvpn methe other product of the same SMERTRIOS LIMITED company the website is the same they just changed the colour probably because they had to many complaints on vpn99
