The team at VP smart removals were brilliant with attentive and well organised back-office admin very friendly and accommodating to my specific needs The crew turned up on time were incredibly friendly guys careful with my possessions helpful with advice on the best way to dismantle heavy furniture and truly helped me move in rather than simply delivering my things I can t recommend them enough Certainly the best moving experience I ve had

Excellent pre move customer service an absolutely amazing moving day experience

The experience from start to finish was excellent Lina our removal consultant set up the quote after running through what needed to be moved We ended up on an hourly rate with 3 crew members She checked in with me twice before the move to ensure I had all my questions answered The crew arrived bang on time and had moved a 3 bedroom house inside 4 hours including an additional stop at a different address to help us pick up 2 wardrobes from a friend I wish I had asked for the 3 movers names so I could mention them on here individually but they were so focused on their job I never had a chance All three were polite happy careful and unbelievably quick I was quoted some ridiculous prices for this move by some companies but VP offering an hourly rate saved me significant money today I wouldn t hesitate to recommend or use these guys again Brilliant

VP Smart Removals did an amazing job communication with them is quick and professional They were able to pack all my belongings without me having to assist them I had also received pictures when their job was done which was very helpful and reassured me everything was how I wanted it to be I would recommend this company to anyone that s moving out and needs help with the packing A big thank you

The two men arrived on time were very professional even asked to take their shoes off moved everything with lightning speed and were so quiet throughout the whole process In the van they kept some purpose blankets to cover the furniture so that it doesn t get damaged during transport for us it was just a 20 min drive Best company around

Move to South Wales

VP Smart Removals were recommended to me and I have already recommended them to someone else We did our move to South Wales in two stages over 2 months The whole process from start to finish was made easy by Ana who was extremely helpful Quote was good compared with 4 other companies The guys who moved us turned up on time on both occasions and were extremely polite and helpful On arrival they placed items exactly where I wanted them placing and some items they d taken apart were automatically put back together when they arrived in South Wales I was in awe of them as they lifted and turned heavy furniture to get it in and out of the doors A five star service all round

Moving house can be a stressful time

Moving house can be a stressful time and having a team of unknown people take all of your worldly belongings pack them up and transport them to your new home forces you to place a lot of trust in them Gabriella started us off by being very responsive informative and flexible when planning the move earning that trust The removal teams themselves were fantastic Really professional incredible parking skills so positive and energetic even when it got a bit stressful parking in our new place - honestly we couldn t have asked for anything more Would highly recommend
