The company nailed it When I started I ONLY tried the pescatarian diet I followed the menu recipes just as recommended And to my surprise I began to shed pounds and loose weight at a rapid speed I met my goal to loose 10 pounds then it was 20 pounds OMG I looked fabulous and felt so fit for the family wedding I later bought BURN and the enzymes and literally use it as needed Thank you for what you did for me I am one happy customer

I started my weight loss journey again this time with V-Shred I m down 23 pounds and the changes I ve made are sustainable Had I not had difficulty with the exercises I d have lost more I m still on my journey Started at 200 6 at 177 6 Goal weight is 150

It is a wonderful program I have a great trainer The diet is easy for me to stick with It s been around three weeks since I started the program I ve lost 20 pounds and about 10 inches off my stomach I cannot be more thrilled or happier to recommend and invalidate this program to anyone The Vshred has been great to help me with my weight loss Thank s Danny King

The trainer I have is amazing If there was one thing I am absolutely loving about Vshred it is the 1 on 1 communication with my trainer Denene I haven t seen incredibly fast results but I know that this is a lifestyle change not just a fast results program I feel this is something I can do longterm to see real change in my body I m excited to see the difference in 1 year

The thing I like the most about V Shred

The thing I like the most about V Shred is losing weight the correct way by eating healthy meals and snacks prepared by myself and exercising not through some magic gummy I also really like my coach who designed my meal plans and exercise regime and also offers support and is there for any questions I may have In under 3 weeks I have lost 11 pounds and am absolutely thrilled about it

I love the meal plan VShred guaranteed I would lose weight and not be hungry They delivered The toned in 90 days exercise sessions are short I love not having to spend a lot of time working out Best of all I m losing weight I am down two sizes in less than 2 months Not bad for a 69 year old grandma

VShred is a good fit for me

I like the weekly monthly food menu It incorporates many of my favorites The workouts are just right for me in length and intensity I also appreciate the support from my coach and her informative power points on nutrition and exercise

OMG

OMG When I received my VShred body suit my husband laughed and said is that for a child but when I put it on which was very easy to do and showed him he ended his conversation on the phone very quickly lol It is true like the ad says very comfortable and easy to breath in and really holds its shape Thank you very much for giving me my confidence back to wear anything even something tight
