The cryotherapy treatment for my skin condition was arranged and carried out in a very timely and professional manner I had an initial consultation with the pharmacist who assessed the problem followed about a week later with the actual cryotherapy The procedure had been very well explained so that I knew what to expect There was NO pain whatsoever just a slight pricking sensation I would thoroughly recommend this treatment for removal of unwanted blemishes

A Faultless Customer Experience
An absolutely wonderful experience at a great price from start to finish VSM have an extremely informative and intuitive website which made it easy to confirm they could treat Seborrhoeic Keratosis using Cryotherapy as well as book an appointment slot that suited quickly The whole team were friendly and helpful and Nicky who carried out the treatment was equally informative efficient and a really lovely lady The Cryotherapy treatment itself was super quick relatively painless and I m confident will do exactly what it says on the tin I wholeheartedly recommend VSM Pharmacy and wouldn t hesitate to use them again in the future

Flu vaccine sorted
Having my flu vaccine at VSM was great I did not have to wait and it was done quickly and efficiently The staff are all very friendly and helpful I was eligible for a free vaccine There was parking near on the Frimley Road It would have been good if the covid vaccine was available at the same time

The lady who did my ear wax removal was very kind and gentle and made me feel at ease and comfortable i have bad anxiety and she took that away with her kind nature i think her name was java will 100 go back there to her if need to

I went to VSM to have a wart removed with liquid nitrogen Very efficient and friendly service and somewhat cheaper than cosmetic skin practitioners Was able to book same day appointment which was convenient Great service
