Had a VPS with them for a short while Support will take several days to respond to issues They will also immediately suspend you for any complaints no warnings or forwarding of complaints to you for resolution Stay away

Stolen content host doesn t respond
Like others experiences posted here my copyrighted content has been stolen and is being hosted on their servers Abuse complaints have been ignored The website itself cannot be contacted but since Virtual Systems is the host I tried them I think it s apparent that hosting stolen content is a business model for them

vsys hosts a blatant fraud version of our shop attempting to scam our customers with fake discounts They have been notified through all the appropriate channels and yet do nothing I have followed up yet keep getting told to email an email that never responds They appear to not care that they are faciliating blatant fraud and copyright enfringment
